Rangers' Hamilton inks deal with MLAM

Outfielder to sign exclusively for Legends Memorabilia Collection
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Legends Memorabilia Collection (LMC) is pleased to announce that it has been named the official autograph provider of Josh Hamilton of the Texas Rangers.

Hamilton is the third current MLB player to sign exclusively for LMC, the memorabilia division of Major League Alumni Marketing (MLAM), the for-profit subsidiary of the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA). Mark Buehrle and Dallas Braden also sign exclusively for LMC.

"Hamilton is a tremendous athlete, and even better individual, who has accomplished phenomenal things during his career," said Matt Hazzard, Director of Memorabilia for LMC. "MLAM is proud to make him an exclusive athlete, as he fully embodies the mission of our organization."

The first overall pick in the 1999 MLB First-Year Player Draft, Hamilton has 93 total home runs, 331 RBIs and a career average of .311 in only four years of MLB service. He led the American League in RBIs in 2008 with 130, and in 2010, he led the AL in batting average with a .351 mark. He has been named to three All-Star teams, won a 2008 Silver Slugger Award and the 2010 ALCS MVP.
