CEO Dan Foster began his tenure at the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association in 1986 after a successful career in banking and a previous position as the national sales director of Hawaiian Tropic. He has been a part of the leadership team from the incipient stages. Foster has witnessed the incredible growth from every aspect of the organization, including: the inception of Major League Alumni Marketing, overseeing approximately $38 million raised for charitable causes, giving back more than $3 million a year directly to former players, securing pensions for a group of former players that lacked that security, and developing the Legends for Youth clinic series. He is extremely proud of the team that has been assembled under him.
Foster is a graduate of Ohio Northern University, where he was an All-America basketball star and held the all-time leading scoring record for more than 30 years. Continuing his higher education, Foster also holds a graduate degree from School of Banking South at Louisiana State University. He currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo., with his wife, Margaret, and their son, Austin.

Geoff Hixson has been with the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association since 1997. His duties include the coordination of the MLBPAA staff, overseeing and execution of more than 75 celebrity fundraising events and more than 175 free youth clinics for kids nationwide. In addition, he is responsible for the expansion and continued growth of the organization by helping to diversify existing programs and the creation of new programs to involve the former and current Major League player in the charity-based mission of the MLBPAA.
Hixson has more than 20 years of sport and special event background. He spent three years in Minor League Baseball with the Texas Rangers Triple-A affiliate, the Oklahoma City 89ers (now Dodgers) and two years at Oklahoma Events, a marketing and special events company, where he assisted in the coordination of many events, including the Vince Gill Celebrity Golf Classic.
Born and raised in Central Illinois, Hixson received a bachelor's in communications from Southern Illinois University in 1993 and a master's degree in sport management from the University of Oklahoma in 1996. He resides in Colorado Springs, Colo., with his wife, Nancy, and two daughters, Avery and Bryce.

Mike Groll has been with the MLBPAA since 2004. His responsibilities include the coordination and execution of more than 70 celebrity fundraising events for various charities nationwide. In addition, he works with the entire MLBPAA staff to assist the overall growth and expansion of the association.
Groll has more than 10 years of sports background, including two years in the athletic department's marketing and development office at the United States Air Force Academy.
Born and raised in Defiance, Ohio, Groll received a bachelor's in sports and business management from Defiance College. While at Defiance, Groll was a four-letter winner and was third-team All-American in football. After graduation, Groll went on to serve as a graduate assistant football coach at Defiance for three years, receiving his master's in education.
Groll currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Nikki Warner joined the MLBPAA staff in 2010 to serve as the public relations coordinator. Warner graduated from Whitworth University in Spokane, Wash., with a bachelor's in communication studies and a minor in business management in 2009. While at Whitworth University, she was the business editor and staff writer for the yearly publication, Natsihi.
After graduating from college, Warner completed a one-year fellowship at her alma mater, The Colorado Springs School, where she served as an admission associate and the interim director of communications. She has served on The Colorado Springs School Board of Trustees Alumni Committee since 2010. Her experience as an intern for MLBPAA in 2008 instilled a passion for the organization -- one she hopes to communicate in her position where she will be responsible for media relations, newsletter production, social-media strategy and event promotion.
Warner currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Kate Hutchinson joined the MLBPAA staff as the membership development coordinator in 2012. Hutchinson graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration and master's in educational administration and leadership from University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif. As an undergrad, she worked for the Oakland Athletics in Ticket Services, served as a university events intern at Pacific and completed an internship at MLBPAA in 2008. Prior to working for MLBPAA, Hutchinson worked in New Student & Family Programs at University of the Pacific overseeing new student orientation, special events and university tours.
Hutchinson currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Tracey Lucero-Corsi joined the MLBPAA and MLAM staff in October 2014 as the controller, responsible for overseeing all accounting and human-resource functions. Lucero-Corsi has more than 15 years of controller experience, most recently serving as the chief financial officer for Biotest, LLC. Prior to working as a controller, Lucero-Corsi spent time as an auditor for KPMG and Peat Marwick directly following her graduation from Texas Christian University with a bachelor's in accounting.
Lucero-Corsi currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo., with her husband, Dewayne, and two children, Taylor and Jake.

Greg Thomas joined the MLBPAA staff in October 2011 after graduating from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor's in business administration and a concentration in marketing. Thomas is excited to broaden the non-profit memorabilia efforts of the MLBPAA.
While at Colorado, he interned with the MLBPAA in 2008 and the CU Athletic Department in 2010, where he coordinated and assisted with numerous CU sports promotional activities. Thomas' background with competitive baseball has taught him a true appreciation for the game.
Thomas completed his master's in project management from University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in fall 2014 and currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Rachel Levitsky joined the MLBPAA office in June 2013. She graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Ore., in May 2013 with a bachelor's degree in both biology and international affairs. While at Lewis & Clark, Levitsky was a member of the varsity women's swim team and was involved in the athletic department as an intern in sports information and athletic administration.

Kaitlyn McNicholas began working with the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association in May 2014 after graduating from California State University, Fresno, with a bachelor's of science degree in sports administration. While attending Fresno State, Kaitlyn interned with Fresno State Athletics Events and Operations, the San Jose Sharks, the San Francisco Giants and the MLBPAA.
McNicholas is responsible for assisting both the membership and development departments with fundraising, outreach events and membership retention.

Jordan Rodriguez joined the MLBPAA staff in June of 2014 to serve as an international special assistant. Rodriguez graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in marketing and communication in 2008, playing football at the Division I level while at Wyoming.
After graduating from college, Rodriguez began a graduate assistantship at Texas Tech University, before moving on to a defensive internship with the Pittsburgh Steelers and a coaching position with the United States Air Force Academy.

Chris Burkeen joined the MLBPAA staff in January 2014 as the database administrator. He graduated from Colorado State University (CSU) in August 2011 with a bachelor's in exercise science. His past experience includes work at Poudre Valley Health Systems, the YMCA and as a middle school teacher's aide.

Devon Thrasher joined the MLBPAA's special events team in February 2015 and is responsible for contract negotiation and logistics for charity events and youth clinics. Thrasher graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication. During her time at Fresno State, Thrasher interned with the athletic department, coordinating events and marketing strategies, as well as with the Fresno Grizzlies and KGPE-TV, Fresno's local CBS affiliate. After graduating from Fresno State in 2013, Thrasher spent two years as an on-air talent for the Nexstar Broadcasting Group.
Thrasher currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Chris Torgusen has worked for the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association since 1992. He currently serves as vice president of Legends Entertainment Group for Major League Alumni Marketing, Inc. (MLAM), at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla. His responsibilities include directing appearances and licensing programs for members of the Alumni Association. He began his career with the MLBPAA, managing events for the Swing With the Legends Charity Golf Series, Legends for Youth Clinic Series and Baseball for Kids Weekend.
Torgusen graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's in business administration. He currently resides in Tampa, Fla., with wife, Christine, and two sons, Tighe and Colin.
Ryan Thomas began his tenure with Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association in February 2012. He serves as marketing coordinator for Major League Alumni Marketing at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla., with MLAM Vice President Chris Torgusen, where the two develop appearances and licensing programs for members of the Alumni.
Prior, the native New Englander attended the University of Massachusetts at Boston, where he graduated in 2010 with a bachelor's in English and worked as sports editor of the University's newspaper The Mass Media for two years.
In spring 2010, Thomas moved to Florida and worked in the Tampa Bay Rays Communications Department for the duration of the 2010 season and the second half of the 2011 season. In 2011, he was a part of the Rays' amazing September run to the American League Wild Card.
Thomas currently resides in central Florida with his wife, Samantha.

Pete Kelly began working with Major League Alumni Marketing in May 2012. Kelly graduated from Iona College with a bachelor's in Journalism.
Prior to joining MLAM, Kelly was the vice president of sales at Steiner Sports, a division of Omnicom, which specializes in athlete appearances and production of authentic memorabilia for corporations, retailers and collectors. Pete also spearheaded the collegiate partnership divisions and took part in cultivating the professional-team partnership deals.
Kelly currently resides in Bedford, N.Y., with his wife and two children.

Chris Spomer began working with the MLBPAA in May 2012 after completing an internship with the memorabilia division. Following the internship, Chris was a stadium auction associate. He now manages memorabilia online accounts, including the MVP Club.
Prior to his tenure with the MLBPAA, Spomer worked in the sports information department of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He graduated in 2012 from UCCS with a bachelor's in business with an emphasis in sports management.

Brett Strawhun joined the Major League Alumni Marketing staff in February 2014 as a stadium auction manager, after graduating from Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration management and a minor in marketing.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Strawhun manages auctions at Busch Stadium. While at Missouri State, he had strong involvement with campus activities while being a practice player for the women's volleyball team and also a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
His experience, competitive nature and hardworking attitude make him a wonderful addition to the MLAM staff.

Amy Wagner joined the Major League Alumni Marketing staff in August 2013 after interning with Major League Alumni Marketing in the summer of 2013. Amy manages online accounts, stadium auctions and exclusive player signings.
Wagner attended Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSUD) where she earned a bachelor's degree in human performance and sport with concentrations in sports industry operations and marketing. While at MSUD, Wagner volunteered for the 2012 Women's Final Four, worked guest services for the Denver Broncos, and worked for Kroenke Sports Enterprises.
Wagner currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Callie Welch joined the MLBPAA in the Spring of 2014 as a marketing intern. She now serves as marketing coordinator for Major League Alumni Marketing in St. Petersburg, Fla., alongside vice president Chris Torgusen and fellow marketing coordinator Ryan Thomas.
Welch graduated with a bachelor's degree in sports management from the University of Tampa in the spring of 2014. As an undergrad, she was the sports management department assistant, worked with the Philadelphia Phillies throughout their Spring Training months, and spent a year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an intern and assistant in the community relations department.
Welch currently resides in Tampa, Fla.

Luke Chasse joined the MLBPAA in February 2015. Chasse graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a bachelor's degree in marketing. While at UCF he gained experience interning for the Minor League-turned-MLS team Orlando City Soccer Club in the ticket sales and marketing departments.

Alex Brewer joined the Major League Alumni Marketing staff in May 2015 as a stadium auction manager, after working as a sales associate during the summer of 2014 at Busch Stadium. Alex graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in entertainment management.
Prior to his tenure with MLAM, while attending Missouri State, he worked with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JRDF) as an events and promotions intern, coordinating events throughout the Southwest Missouri area.
Brewer currently resides in St. Louis.
