Description: The Inventory and Purchasing Staff person will play an important role by managing all purchase orders for the acquisition of product and all inventory management.

The MLBPAA is currently seeking interns to spend a quarter/semester in an experience-driven environment. Growing with the MLBPAA, the internship program provides a well-rounded experience by exposing participants to all facets of the organization, including but not limited to the following: day-to-day business operations, sales/marketing, event management, fundraising/development, public/media relations, budgeting, membership development, memorabilia sales and technology.
Interns will learn through hands-on experiences working with the MLBPAA's Swing with the Legends charity golf series, the Legends for Youth baseball clinic series, Legends Games, the membership and fundraising departments and Major League Alumni Marketing. The Alumni Association's internship program provides ample opportunities for its interns to gain experience and/or college credit in the sports industry, including opportunities to manage MLBPAA events.
